All our accommodation has been beautifully renovated to a high standard with amazing beach views. On the ground floor just off the conservatory, you’ll find a very comfy seating / chill out area where breakfast is served in the morning and where you may sit in the afternoon or evening with access to our “Honesty Bar”. For those beautiful sunny days there are stunning views from the terrace with comfortable outdoor seating for a sneaky glass of wine in the evening.
Sea View Guest House and The Chalet are open all year round. The Chalet is small dog friendly (no bigger than a Cocker Spaniel).

Our ground floor double ensuite bedroom leads directly onto our terrace. The room is beautifully furnished and has large windows directly over looking the beach, a spacious comfortable en-suite bathroom, a large smart tv, free WiFi, tea and coffee making facilities and a large window seating area with amazing 180 degree views over the beach….. simply stunning.

The family room has a double bed, single bed and a Z bed if required along with with a Smart TV, coffee and tea making facilities and views down Benllech Beach towards Red Wharfe Bay and the Snowdonia mountain range. The large bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with a toilet, shower and wash basin.

Our twin room has a double bed and a single bed with a Smart TV, coffee and tea making facilities and views down Benllech Beach towards Red Wharfe Bay and the Snowdonia mountain range. The large bedroom has an en-suite with a toilet, shower and wash basin.
Double room with no sea view and a separate private bathroom. Room 4 (No Pets)
This is our smallest double room which does not have sea views. However its tastefully decorated, cosy and warm with a smart tv, tea and coffee making facilities and a very comfortable separate private bathroom. If you want the sea view then feel free to sit in the downstairs conservatory which over looks the beach 🙂
The Chalet with garden and beach views (Small Dog Friendly).
Our self catering Chalet sleeps a total of 4 in two bedrooms (one double and one twin). Cosy, quirky and comfortable, the chalet has a fully equipped kitchen, central heating, double glazing, bathroom with a shower, Smart TV, free WiFi (on the terrace only), cosy bedding and is small dog friendly, (no bigger than a Cocker Spaniel).
Please note, the Chalet is accessible by a path and steps and is not suitable for wheelchair users or anyone with manoeuvrability issue’s.
Also, if you have booked the Chalet for two people, there is a surcharge of £15 for the use of the second bedroom . This is to cover the heating, extra bed change and cleaning of the room.
